Basketball

Our 2X2 Basketball games include 45 minutes of rotating 7 minute rounds.

If you are looking to improve your game play or want to sweat it out on court, our coached class helps you build fundamental skills including shooting, passing and dribbling that you can take on the court.

Whether you are an absolute beginner, a player who has played basketball many years ago or advanced, our coaches will help you get the most out of your practice.

 

Netball

3x3 Netball. This modified version of netball will run for 60 minutes, consisting of rotating 7 minute rounds. Each round will have a Defender, FULL Court player & Shooter.

This is a great way to experience all the fun and excitement as a real court game. Our coaches will work with you to focus on improving techniques and building a strong foundation.

 

Volleyball

4x4 soft touch volleyball is a less aggressive form of volleyball aimed to work on fundamentals.

During the 60 minutes sessions, our coaches will work through striking techniques, digging and setting skills.

This is a great way to experience a traditional game in a more friendly environment.
